What is InfoAssist?

In an effort to improve service, the City has developed a library of information and answers to frequently asked questions. This information was gathered from all departments in the City and made available via the City website and by phone. This service is called InfoAssist.

This application allows you to browse information by category as well as search by keyword. You can also access this information away from your computer by calling the automated InfoAssist system at (386) 986-2489.

To best access this service by phone, you will need the InfoAssist Message Menu to navigate to the information you desire. You should receive this menu in coming utility bills. You can also download and print the menu by clicking here.
